Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Nukxon collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and direct on purpose. If anything is unclear, email contact@nukxon.com.
1 · Who we are
Nukxon, LLC ("Nukxon," "we," "us") is a Delaware limited liability company that operates the Nukxon platform — a service that converts architectural 3D scenes into browser-based VR tours and provides collaboration tools around them.
2 · What we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the service.
Account information
- Email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account
- Hashed credentials (we never see your plaintext password)
- Subscription tier and billing identifiers (handled by our payments processor)
Content you upload
- 3D model bundles, Gaussian splat scenes, and supporting assets you publish
- Annotations, comments, measurements, and revision history you create
- Project metadata (scene names, camera setups, plugin source app)
Communications
- Email signups for our waitlist and product updates
- Support requests you send us
Voice sessions
Voice review calls inside a tour are routed in real time through our voice provider and are not recorded or stored by Nukxon. Only session metadata (participants, duration) is logged.
Usage and device data
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, request times) for diagnostics and abuse prevention. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
3 · How we use it
- To provide the service: authenticate you, render your scenes, deliver tours to your clients, and store your annotations
- To bill you for paid plans
- To send you transactional and (with consent) product update emails
- To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve performance
We do not sell your data. We do not use your project content to train machine-learning models other than the per-scene Gaussian splat training that produces your own deliverable.
4 · Service providers
We use a small set of vendors to operate the service. Each receives only the data needed for its function and is bound by data-protection terms.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Clerk | User authentication and account management |
| Supabase | Application database (project metadata, annotations) |
| Modal | Compute orchestration for splat training |
| AWS (S3, CloudFront) | Object storage and content delivery for scenes |
| Vercel | Hosting of marketing pages and viewer client |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription billing |
| Agora | Real-time voice for in-tour collaboration |
| Formspree | Waitlist email collection |
5 · Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Project content is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You can delete any individual scene or your full account at any time by emailing us.
6 · Your rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your project content
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
To exercise any of these, email contact@nukxon.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA — we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7 · International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access Nukxon from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed there. We rely on standard contractual clauses with our service providers to protect cross-border transfers.
8 · Security
We use TLS for all data in transit, encryption at rest for stored content, and least-privilege access for our systems. No service can guarantee absolute security; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of detection.
9 · Children
Nukxon is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10 · Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and shown on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
